We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to send the newsletter. Your first name and email address are stored on Kit's servers and used only to send you Running Capacity issues. Kit is GDPR-compliant. You can read their privacy policy at kit.com/privacy.
We do not sell your email address. We do not share it with any third party other than Kit for the purpose of sending this newsletter.
Every issue of Running Capacity contains an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list. No questions, no exit survey.
This website uses Google Analytics and Replit-hosted analytics, powered by Umami, to understand page visits and privacy-safe interactions such as button clicks, downloads and successful form submissions. Analytics events never include your name, email address, message or other form contents.
These services may process limited technical information such as your browser, device, referring website and approximate location. Google Analytics may use cookies. We do not use analytics data to identify individual newsletter subscribers or sell it to third parties.
You can block analytics using your browser's privacy settings or a content-blocking extension. Blocking analytics does not affect your ability to read the website or subscribe to Running Capacity.
